Steps to Brew

Step 1: Choosing Your Wine

Shop online or in-store and pick a kit that’s perfect for you. We have options to recreate your store-bought favorites or try something completely new

Step 2: Gathering Your Equipment

If you’re planning to brew at home you’ll need a few items to get you started. Our team will help explain the pieces you need and how to use them
If you’re brewing in-store you’ll be using our equipment which we’ll help set up
Step 3: Getting Started

Time to crack open your kit and start your wine! You’ll start by adding your grape juice and skins (if included in your kit) to a barrel and add your yeast
Step 4: Waiting

Now comes the toughest part, waiting for your wine to ferment. If you’re brewing at home, this process will require you to check in on your wine, record levels, and monitor the temperature
If you’re brewing in-store, leave it to us to keep your wine happy. We’ll deal with all the technical things and you can come back when your wine is ready for Step 5
Step 5: Bottling

Once your wine is done fermenting you’ll be ready to put the finishing touches on it. You’ll have access to our filler and labeler so your product will look like something straight off a liquor store shelf
Step 6: Enjoying Your Creation

Enjoy all your hard work with a glass of your very own creation and be prepared to brag when people ask, “You made this?”
