A yellow coloured, crisp beer with a genuine lager yeast. This is a true all-malt lager brewed with no adjuncts. The yeast provided will ferment well at 9-15°C, but will provide good lager characteristics up to 24°C.

Irish style Red Ale. Attractive red-amber colour. Moderate malt body and pleasant mild sweetness. Moderate hop bitterness, mild hop flavour and low hop aroma. A step towards darker beers, without the roasted components.

A clean North American style wheat beer. Light straw colour and low hop bitterness. Refreshing and thirst quenching.

One to please the hop lovers, this rich, full bodied golden ale is bursting with hop aroma and flavour. Citrus, pine and floral notes in true West Coast style.

The finished beer has the following tasting notes: Pours clear light golden colour, with a medium white head. The nose is of mild malt with a hint of floras and citrus. The organic Wakatu hops gently temper this full malt lager with notes of citrus to the forefront. Clean and crisp to finish. Perfect on the patio or on your back deck.

This full bodied and rich Czech/Bohemian style pilsner pours medium straw in colour and crystal clear with a lined white dense foam which leaves a delicate lacing down your glass. Taste is a little more hoppy than the nose. It has a grassy and floral hops flavour with a nice lingering mild spice finish.

A premium version of North American style dry lager. All malt, no adjuncts. Very light straw colour and light bodied. Low hop bitterness, no hop flavour or aroma. Crisp finish with lowered caloric value.

A traditional medium-bodied English-style brown ale. Pleasantly roasted, med-bodied malt profile with  low hop flavour and aroma and moderate hop bitterness. Slight yeast derived fruitiness.
